With a small laugh, he turned and smiled a strange smile at Zsasz, not sure how to react to it properly but he was a bit too high to ground himself enough to take it seriously. "I don't wanna die, Zsaszy. I mean, I've barely lived. I'm 16 and my life is awful, it's just been nothing I wanted. Lemme live a little and then kill me."

He just wanted to make his position clear on how he felt about his own murder. Only seemed right.

Looking out the window as they whipped pass everything, he sang along with the song and didn't seem so concerned with the potential of crashing and dying so maybe he only objected to murder.
